Monthly Condo. Fees . As a member of the Association you  directly help control your monthly fee.  The fee is to cover the cost of all exterior maintenance which includes snow removal, landscape care, and also includes exterior repairs. Details to exactly what is covered will be explained in the Condo. Rules , Regulations, and declaration which will be provided to you. Estimated fees $210.00 monthly.

Warranties: We use only premium materials and products. Should you experience any problems in the first year we provide a limited full warranty for one year.

Wyley Enterprises LLC. does not cover items covered under any  manufacturer  or supplier warranty. However, for the first year we will assist you in getting service if you are unable to do directly.

Rules and Regulations:  What is allowed and what isn’t allowed by the owners are questions all purchasers  have. Your questions will be answered in our Rules and Regulations handout that we will provide to you.
